Put hellodesk on your phone

About a minute. After this it opens from your home screen like any other app.

First — if you opened this from WeChat

WeChat's own browser cannot install anything. Tap the ⋯ in the top right, choose "Open in Safari" (on Android, "Open in browser"), and read this page there.

iPhone (Safari)

  1. Tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen — a square with an arrow coming out of the top:
  2. Scroll down the list and tap "Add to Home Screen".
  3. Tap "Add" in the top right.

Android (Chrome)

  1. Tap the ⋮ in the top right.
  2. Tap "Install app". If there is no such line, tap "Add to Home screen".
  3. Confirm.

Then

A hellodesk icon appears on your home screen. Open it and enter your passcode.

Your passcode is not on this page — it is sent to you separately. It is yours alone: anyone who has it can see your customers and every booking you have.

No "Add to Home Screen" anywhere?

You are almost certainly still inside WeChat, or in a browser other than Safari. Go back to the first step.
